<p>Dans une poêle faire cuire le filet de canette au beurre à feu doux, 10 minutes côté peau et 6 minutes côté viande en l&rsquo;arrosant de son jus durant toute la cuisson.</p>
<p>Faire cuire les légumes séparément à l’eau bouillante salée, puis les faire réchauffer ensemble dans la poêle ayant cuit le filet en ayant retiré préalablement la majorité de la graisse.
